Instructions:

Open the water injection valve of the pump and wait for three minutes to ensure that the working fluid flows into the pump.

Start the motor, the vacuum pump starts to run, and the suction table produces a suction effect.

Install the motor overload protector to prevent the motor from burning out due to overload.

Problem diagnosis:

The vacuum pump does not generate vacuum

The working fluid does not enter the pump cavity, no water ring is formed or the suction pipe leaks, and the motor does not start after power is turned on

Because the gap between the impeller and the disc is very small, the oxidation of the cast iron parts can cause the impeller to get stuck. The main solution is to open the fan cover behind the motor, tap the rear shaft end of the motor with a hammer, and then manually turn the motor fan.
