circulating water vacuum pump

Engraving machine adsorption circulating water vacuum pump:

Instructions:

Connect the air inlet to the suction tube of the engraving machine and ensure that it is sealed to prevent leakage.

When starting for the first time, use a screwdriver to turn the motor fan to ensure that the impeller is not stuck.

Connect the motor power supply and adjust the running direction to be consistent with the indicated direction.

Inject water into the water tank until the water overflows from the upper water level port.

Open the water injection valve of the pump and wait for three minutes to ensure that the working fluid flows into the pump.

Start the motor, the vacuum pump starts to run, and the suction table produces a suction effect.

Install the motor overload protector to prevent the motor from burning out due to overload.

Problem diagnosis:

The vacuum pump does not generate vacuum

The working fluid does not enter the pump cavity, no water ring is formed or the suction pipe leaks, and the motor does not start after power is turned on

Because the gap between the impeller and the disc is very small, the oxidation of the cast iron parts can cause the impeller to get stuck. The main solution is to open the fan cover behind the motor, tap the rear shaft end of the motor with a hammer, and then manually turn the motor fan. After confirming the rotation, replace the fan cover and start the motor. Vacuum pump
Insufficient suction

Insufficient working fluid inflow: Check the water supply pipeline.

Suction pipeline leaks: Check the sealing performance of the suction pipeline.

The working fluid has not been replaced for a long time, resulting in a large amount of sawdust entering and reducing the quality of the working fluid. The working fluid must be kept as clean water.
