Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel orders before shipping by contacting our Support Center. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Warranty and Returns policy applies upon package receipt.
Return Policy
Your package hasn't been shipped: If your order hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at sale06@senkecnc.com. This ensures the fastest refund process. Avoid submitting a chargeback, as it may prolong the refund time and result in a deduction of a handling fee by your payment bank.
Your package is on the way: If your package is in transit, promptly email us at sale06@senkecnc.com to intercept it. You will receive a refund for the purchase price, and you are responsible for interception fees and additional duties. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will cover the expenses associated with intercepting the package.
Your package has been received: Returns are only accepted with an objective reason. For accessories, please review product details and confirm parameters before purchase, as returns due to personal misunderstanding won't be accepted.
a. Unopened package(s) within 30 days of shipment: Receive a refund for the purchase price and pay a 15% service fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
b. Opened package(s), used or unused, within 30 days of shipment: Receive a refund for the purchase price and pay a 20% service fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
c. Opened package(s), damaged or functional problem: Contact us directly, provide evidence, and our technician will evaluate. We will assist in fixing or resend new products as needed.
Note: The service fees mentioned above are calculated based on the total price of goods, including tax and freight.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, kindly email us at sale06@senkecnc.com to obtain the shipping address for your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will provide you with a confirmation email and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items, except in cases of quality issues. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
Refund Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the refund process, usually taking 3-5 business days. All refunds will be issued in US dollars. The actual arrival time in your account is subject to your bank's efficiency.
Avoid Chargebacks: We kindly request that you contact us for returns and refunds instead of initiating a chargeback. Opening a dispute may result in your original payment being blocked by your bank or PayPal, prolonging the refund process.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; discounted products are non-refundable.
Pre-sale products cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as they are already in production.
Exchanges for received products are not permitted under normal circumstances.
Machines Parts beyond 30 days from shipment or with over 50 prints are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy commences upon your receipt of the merchandise and concludes one month thereafter. This policy is applicable exclusively to machines acquired through our official website at www.senke-cnc.com.
Exchangeable Scenarios
In the event of manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or missing parts verified by our technicians within 7 days of receiving the machine, and if the issue falls under warranty and is irreparable, you are eligible to request an exchange.
Exchange Terms
Within 7 days of product receipt: Exchange requests are accepted with senke cnc covering shipping costs to and from your location.
Beyond 7 days of receipt: Options include warranty service or a paid exchange.
Exchange Processing Time
The exchange process typically spans 7-15 business days, and shipping duration varies based on distance and logistics. If fees apply, we dispatch the exchange machine parts upon receipt of payment.
Non-Exchangeable Scenarios
Exchange services cannot be requested if:
The product has been in your possession for over 30 days.
Purchased from third-party platforms.
Returned product lacks original accessories, attachments, packaging, or exhibits damage due to improper use.
Improper Use, Maintenance, or Storage
We cannot entertain exchange requests for failures or damage resulting from:
Improper handling.
Use not for the reasonably intended purpose.
Incorrect plugging or unplugging of external devices.
Drops or improper external crashes.
Exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc.
Exclusions from Exchange
No exchange will be considered if:
Unauthorized installation, repair, alteration, addition, or disassembly by non-authorized personnel occurs.
Original identification information of the product or components is modified, altered, or removed.
Damage is caused by uncontrollable external events (fire, flood, strong wind, or thunderstorm).
The product is not returned within seven (7) calendar days after Senke CNC confirms the replacement request.
